You need to paste the code provided by google ;)
You can put it in the theme options or in a text widget.

Bear in mind that it may take some hours to google to approve the ads and those to be displayed, but should work many customers using them ;)

Not at all, that should work perfectly.
The free version limit is the 5 ads, doesnt allow nude pics and no SSL for instance.

Where did you add the adsense?
You can add it on the widgets or in the theme options. Thats the place to paste the code.

Yes you can have as many paid accounts as you wish ;)
