I upgraded my website to a paid package for the 7 day trial. I cancelled the trial was I was not ready to pay for a paid package yet.

You have since stopped my whole website from working, I cant even access the free package you have - Really not happy about this

Hello David,

The site is expired, you upgraded to paid plan with the trial and you didn't renew so the site now is inactive.

You get an email and a message before explaining all of this.

I think is normal, if you do not pay for a service how are you going to have it?

Thank you for thereply

I feel your business model has a very fundamental flaw - I was using yclas free website and upgraded for a 7 day free trial, I cancelled this trial as I wanted to continue using the free service you offer. But instead you cancel the whole website.

That is very bad business practice as I would have to start from scratch if I want to use your free service again.

You will rapidly lose customers doing business this way

If you want I can put it back to free as an exception.

Also what kind of business, I mean you are not a paid customer, you are a cost for us actually as you may understand ;)

but as said happy to put it back online.

Yes please Chema -

I tried the trial version to get a taste of what the paid version was for once I picked up a good customer base. But my website is not developed enough to use the paid for version, yet.

But I do intent to use it in the future

Ready, as said as an exception, was clear before you signed up the trial.

We are considering removing the free plan since its costing us money, those who have free plan will maintain it. We will see how develops.

thanks!

Maybe you should just give the free plan for a limited yim- one/two months? Users would then have enough time to see how good it is and decide wether to move up or not. Effectively it does take some time to get to know all the krooks and crannies but it is a fine fine tool.
