|Forums Support Subscribe Feature|

The subscribe feature is great but it has one issue. Say you have 2 Categories "cars" and "motorbikes", and in both those categories you have listings under "BMW" sub category, when you type BMW into the subscribe search function you will just see 2 BWM options, they will not tell you which one is "Cars" and which one is "Motorbikes".
People could subscribe to the wrong one. Is it possible to have the Categories and Sub Categories shown in the search bar so people can see, like in "Search Listings".

You shpuld not have repeated subcategories.... you should use custom fields for that ;)

I have to have repeated subcategories due to the topic my website is about, the subcategories are the same but the parent categories are different.
How would custom field help this? Thanks

You create a custom field called Brand.
You add all the brands to the custom field and assign it to the categories you want..... check our docs
Thats all, and much better organized.
