How do I switch an integration on?
In your admin, open Add-ons, find it by name or category and open its card. Most ask for a key from the provider; paste it, save, and it works straight away.
Do integrations cost extra?
No, we charge nothing for them. Webhooks and the apps that use them (Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot and Mailchimp) come with the Professional and Marketplace plans, the API and MCP server with the Marketplace plan, and Salesforce, Klaviyo and ShipStation with Enterprise. The provider may charge for its own service.
Who receives the payments?
You do. Payment providers pay into your own account, and Yclas takes no commission on what your site sells.
What if the tool I use isn't listed?
Zapier and Make reach thousands of apps through webhooks, and the API lets a developer connect anything else. If you need a direct integration, tell us: it can be part of our custom development work.
