Choose the kinds of equipment you list and Yclas adds the right fields. Every kind gets make, model, year, condition and serial number; then hours, power and operating weight for plant, drive type for tractors, lift capacity and height for forklifts, voltage and calibration date for lab kit.

Find the right machine in two filters.
Buyers filter by hours and year range on any theme, alongside make, model, type, price and distance. On the Nova theme you can put an equipment search box on your home page with makes and models taken from your live stock.
- Saved searches keep the hours and year range and email new matches.
- Similar equipment: up to six machines of the same make and model, then make, then type.
- Distance search when your listings have locations on the map.
Price on request, plus VAT, or best offer.
Machinery is rarely a fixed price. Each listing can be a fixed price, "or best offer", "price on request", excluding VAT or including VAT. Price on request hides the price and puts "Request a quote" first.
- Per-listing currency: choose up to 20 currencies your sellers can price in. Prices are shown as entered, never converted.
- Finance estimate: "from X a month" with your rate and term, clearly labelled as an estimate.
- Your partners: optional "Get finance" and "Get a transport quote" links on every machine.
A printable spec sheet for every machine, made for you.
Every machine gets a one-click PDF spec sheet and a printable A4 flyer with the photo, price, key specs, description, seller and link. Sellers can attach up to five PDFs: brochures, manuals, inspection reports and service history.
- Up to 10 MB each, and unsafe PDFs are refused.
- Inspection report badge on listings that have one.
- Serial checked badge: your team can mark a machine whose serial number they have checked, and the mark drops if the serial is edited.
"Serial checked" is a manual mark by the site team, not a registry or stolen-equipment check.
Bring the dealers, and their whole yard.
Approved dealer accounts get a page with every machine they have, and each machine shows a Dealer badge and "N machines in stock". With storefronts, the dealer's store adds a banner, filters for type, make, year, hours and price, and sorting by lowest hours.
- Feeds in the format dealers already have: columns like year of manufacture, meter reading, serial and stock number are matched for you, and "4,250 h" is read as 4,250 hours.
- CSV upload or a scheduled CSV or XML link, up to 1,000 machines a run, with a preview first.
- Leads per machine: calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, messages and quote requests.
Hire out machines on the same site.
Mark machines for hire and they show a "For hire" badge with prices like "from €50 a day · €300 a week", a booking calendar and a delivery note. Run a hire-only site, a sales site, or both, chosen in the sign-up wizard.
- Per day, night, hour or session, with a weekly price when the seller sets a discount.
- Hire categories ready: plant and machinery, access and lifting, tools, power and generators, site equipment, trailers.
- Booking requests go straight to the owner of the machine, by email and in their account.

Can dealers import their whole stock?
Yes. A dealer with a business account can upload a CSV or give a CSV or XML link that Yclas fetches on a schedule. Common machinery feed columns, such as year of manufacture, meter reading and serial, are matched for you. Up to 1,000 machines per run.
Can I show prices on request?
Yes. Choose "Price on request" as the price type: the price is hidden and buyers see "Request a quote" first. Best offer, excluding VAT and including VAT work the same way.
Can sellers price in different currencies?
Yes. Choose up to 20 currencies in Settings and each listing can use one. Prices are shown as entered; they are not converted.
Can machines be hired out as well as sold?
Yes. With bookings on, machines can be for hire with prices per day, night, hour or session, a weekly price, a booking calendar and a delivery note. The sign-up wizard can set up a hire-only site or both.
Do you run auctions?
No. Listings are fixed price, best offer, price on request or for hire. Buyers can make offers or request quotes.
Can buyers download a spec sheet?
Yes. Every machine has a PDF spec sheet and a printable A4 flyer, and sellers can add up to five PDFs such as manuals and inspection reports.
What does "Serial checked" mean?
That your site team has checked the serial number and marked it. It is not a registry or stolen-equipment search, and editing the serial removes the mark.
Will Google index pages for each make and model?
Yes. There are landing pages for each make, model and model-in-a-location with live machines; pages with fewer than three stay out of the index.
Can it cover several countries?
Yes. Add countries and regions as locations, price in several currencies and run the site in several languages.
I already run a machinery site. Will my fields work?
Usually, yes. The pack recognises make, model, year, hours, serial and more by their names in eight languages.
Which theme should I use?
Nova, the default for new sites, shows the key specs block, the home page equipment search and AI photo listings. Older themes still get search by hours, price types, documents, the trust block and similar equipment.
