Stop spam before it reaches your listings.
Sign-ups, listings and contact forms are protected by a captcha: Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or the built-in one. Disposable email addresses are refused, banned words are blocked or masked, and Akismet can check what people write.

Give helpers the moderator role so they can review listings and reports without touching your settings. The audit log records every setting changed, listing deleted, order refunded and conversation opened, with who did it and when.

Questions people ask
Is every listing checked before it goes live?
If you want it to be. Listings can go live straight away, after you approve them, after the seller confirms by email, or after they pay, with or without your approval. Many sites publish straight away and rely on AI checks and reports.
Does the AI delete listings?
Never. It holds risky listings in your queue with the reason, and a person decides. The AI check is included in the Starter, Professional and Marketplace plans.
How does seller verification work?
The seller uploads an ID or business document from their account, your team compares it with their details and approves or rejects it. The document is kept privately and deleted as soon as you decide.
