Dear Yclas users, we have a big announcement to make:
We're no longer OpenClassifieds LTD; we change the company and now we are Yclas Inc. This simply means that we moved out from England to the United States. However, it's important to highlight that OpenClassifieds LTD will be available until the end of the current year (2018).
On the other side, our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions have the same conditions. But we need to ask you to check them out, also it's important to have them in mind.
For those who are wondering why are we making this change, the answer is very simple: most of our users are from EEUU, so we decided to move to Yclas Inc because this way it's easier for us to handle all of the transactions and provide our users a better service.
Who runs Yclas today (2026 update)
This announcement is from 2018, and some of it has changed since. Here is where things stand in October 2026, taken from our own legal pages:

Some things haven't changed. As our About page explains, Yclas is made by Microclass Software, a small team that has built marketplace software since 2009. We host, update and support classifieds sites and marketplaces around the world. Those sites have published 19.4 million listings, and our customers run them in more than 40 languages.
What this means for you as a customer:
- The Terms and Privacy Policy on yclas.com are the documents that apply to your site today, not the OpenClassifieds LTD ones. If you last read them during the 2018 move, read them again.
