Emails going to spam

When I have been testing the email functions some of the emails are going into the spam box of the account they have been sent to. For example when someone creates a listing, the email saying "you have successfully listed on...." these go to spam sometimes. Likewise when "ad expired" email is sent.
People will not be able to see they have emails from my business if they keep going to spam, is there any way you can avoid this happening?

That is absolutely out of our control since depends on the client.
What you can do and we recommend is to setup elasticemail on your panel. Take a look at settings->email
