1.When a person with USER access goes into “My Advertisements” and clicks on the “Update” button, they are not able to change the “ Edit Category” or “Edit Location” aspect, they may have made a mistake in this area but are not able to change it. Can you give them this access or not?
2.A USER only has the option to “Edit” or “Deactivate” their listing, what happens when the user sells their listing, can they not completely “Delete” the listing like people with the ADMIN access can? Can you change this?
3.When a user recieves an email because they have selected to subscribe to certain categores or locations, on the template email it is set to say “Welcome [User.Name]” but when you actually recieve the email their name is missing, it just says “Welcome”. Please can you look into this, the [User.Name] detail works on all the other template emails I have tried, and it a great feature.

4.Also, there is an option to put videos into the template emails, I would like to put one into the welcome email to explain a little about the business but when I have tried this out with a URL from Youtube, the video doesn’t appear in the emails. I have managed to add a picture into the emails but can’t add videos?
5.There is an email related to writing a review, but I can't find out where you actually leave the reviews. I am not selling/processing any transactions on my classified site, it is more just bringing two sides of the market together, because there are no transactions do the users not have the ability to write reviews?

|6.There is an option to set the number of days before the listings expires, at present this is set to 0 on my site. However, I am considering adding this feature to make sure the listings are as up to date as possible. If I set an expiry date, there is a template email that will go to the user to inform them of the expiration, do they then have the option of going into their back office and “extending the listing” or “re-list”, I want to know how this feature works before I decide to add the expiry feature. Is all their information on the listing kept or do they have to input it all again?|

7.I want to have adverts appear on my site, adverts that will be relevant to the location/category the users have selected and more generally the target audience of my website. How many areas can you have for advertisements on the website? And do you just use the Widget feature “Text” to display the HTML code in? I have never sold advertisements against a website so I don’t really know how to do it.
8.On the paid for package it says you can have “Custom Banners”, are these banner adverts that can be put on the website? How many of these ca you have on the site and where are they positioned?
9.How do you just add custom code to the main page, for example if I wanted to add some text information, where do you do that? Also, what does the custom CSS page do and how do you use it? I have done some basic coding and used CSS to style things but am unsure of how it works on yclas.

10.When you take out the “Start-Up” pricing package, do you have to pay for a full 12 months or can you pay on a monthly basis to see who it is working for the website? Also, do I need to pay any hosting service or is it already included? My website seems to be live now, is that correct, is it already hosted?
11.Can you try the 7 day trial multiple times to see what additional features it has or can you only do the trial once? It is so I can work on development, if I know I can do it once then I will make sure I have development ideas before I trial it.

1- Thats strange should not happen, are you getting any error?
2- Only deactivate no delete (ads is not visible anymore), why sohul you delete it? its bad for SEO ;)
3- thanks we will review this
4- Videos can not be attached in an email (not only us nowhere) what people does is to put an image with a link to the video ;)
5- YOu can choose reviews without a purchase or only if theres a transaction
6- They get notified and ad is deactivated, what we recommend is to repost it, we are working on republish funtionality
7- you can put custom HTML/JS in the description of the category or location ;)
8- each theme has different banners. Normally header sidebar (as many as you want) footer, and between ads. You can test it your self ;)
9- You can do that on your theme where you place the JS some themes they even have a banner only for home. CSS you paste it and gets attached to the site, thats all ;)
10- Full year, all included.
11- only once per user

10. So if I pay for the "start up" subscription I will have to pay $150, you don't allow people to subscribe for 2 months at $12.50 per month so they can see if they like it? I ask because people may have an idea for a website, want the paid for features but not know if they have a valid business until they launch it.
Related to this, if you take out the "start up" subscription and want to cancel it after 4 months, do you get a refund for the remaining 8 months? In your Terms & Conditions you say you can cancel a subscription at any point, due you get refund if you do this?

When a user selects the "Send Message" button to contact a seller, to send the message you have to press a button "Contact Us", can your team change this to just "Send" because people may get confused and think the message is going to the website itself and not the seller, the phrase "Contact Us" is a little confusing.

When I open my website through Internet Explorer and create a new listing, in the description section it won't allow me to copy and paste information, the people using my website will probably use copy and paste so this will be frustrating for them. Also, this happens when users go to edit their listings in the "My Advertisements" section.
If you open my site through Chrome, you can copy and paste in the description section with no problems.
Please advise :)

1- You can change any text you want form the panel only for your site, go to translations ;)
2- version of IE? I can not test it actually we do not use IE. Who uses IE?

|About 3- You get that since we do not have the name of the user. We only ask for the email address in the form to subscribe ;)|
