|I tried to upgrade my domain, berkshirepigs.yclas.com, on 28 January. However, I received an e-mail that berkshire.yclas.com was upgraded. If you can, please make it so that our berkshirepigs domain is the upgraded account. The e-mail account used to upgrade the domain would be email@example.com. Please let us know if you need any other information to help troubleshoot this problem.|

Not sure if I understand what you mean. Do you want to use your own domain instead of berkshirepigs.yclas.com?

Hi Constantinos, thank you for your reply.
This is not quite the problem I am trying to solve. I customized the Yclas site berkshirepigs.yclas.com for a client, then made them an administrator of berkshirepigs.yclas.com. I also gave them instructions to upgrade their plan to Standard. When they paid for the upgrade plan, they received an e-mail that berkshire.yclas.com was upgraded. I need to know if there was a mistake, since we should have berkshirepigs on the Standard plan. We were not able to log in to yclas.com under the client's e-mail address to see if they accidentally created the berkshire.yclas.com domain. We have paid, we just don't know how we can make sure it is berkshirepigs.yclas.com that was upgraded.

But what I can see they upgraded the wrong domain instead of the one you wanted. :S
Please send all the info and we will analyze how can we fix it, won't be easy but we will try if we can.
