The yclas professional package priced at 12.50 per month with 100,000 ads limitation and also no source code given. But hosting at immotion cost at only 3.49 per month with no limitation on number of ads and also with source code provided. Wouldn't it make more sense to go for hosting at immotion? Please advise. |

Hello Teampower888, That is a great question and something we need to make a lot more clear on Open Classifieds site. It really depends on your profile. If you have some tech knowledge probably our offer from inmotion will be better. Things that you will need to do at your hosting and not in yclas:

Also forgot to mention the price at inmotion is $3.49 month, you need to pay for a year but that price is only for first year. Then goes to $8 the basic package. Great deal truth to be told but as said earlier depends on your profile ;) |

Thank you very much for prompt reply. If I take up the professional package now but then decided to move my whole site from yclas to my own hosting later, would that be possible? Also, the professional package limit ads to 100,000. What if ad postings exceed that amount unknowingly? What will happen to the site? |

Hello! Yes, while you have a paid plan I can send to you a copy of the DB to you. But trust me if you have so many ads you will love to stay with us ;) When you reach the limit of 10.000 (you can remove old ads, those wont count) which means probably you are making a great deal of money for my experience, you will get an email before you run out of ads when you reach 90%. Then you can contact us and we can increase that limit creating a plan for your needs. Hope now all is a bit more clear, you are making really smart questions! |

Isn't open-classifieds just Yclass but on another hosting platform? Aren't they both the same other than that? If not, what are the differences? |

Yes and No heheh. They share same features, so from your end is almost the same, internally its really different, but that doens t matter. I don't want to think we are like a "hosting" we are a service provider we provide a hosted classifieds solution. SaaS. Call it turnkey solution. Not sure if now is a bit more clear ;) |
