Equipment auction software for timed machinery sales.
Yclas is equipment auction software for timed online auctions of excavators, tractors, forklifts, trucks and tools. Each machine is a listing with the Equipment pack's specs, documents and inspection reports, and its own auction: a starting price, an optional reserve and buy-now price, proxy bidding and an end time that extends when bids come in late.

Equipment auction software for disposals and dealers.
Timed auctions clear machines that are hard to price or need to go by a date: fleet disposals, end of a contract, a yard sale.
A machinery auction, lot by lot.

Bidders see the hours, the serial and the inspection.
A bidder will not bid on an excavator without the hours and an inspection. With the Equipment pack each lot carries key specs (make, model, type, year, hours, power, weight, condition), up to five PDFs such as the inspection report and service history, a spec sheet PDF, and an Inspection report badge.
- Serial checked: a mark your team sets after checking the serial by hand.
- Transport quote link to your haulage partner on every lot.

Reserve, buy now, proxy bids and anti-sniping.
The seller sets a starting price, an optional reserve that bidders only see as met or not, an optional buy-now price, and an end time from one hour to 90 days away. Bidders enter a maximum and the site bids for them. A bid in the final minutes pushes the end back, five minutes by default.
- Bid steps that grow with the price (25 from 500, 100 from 5,000, 1,000 from 50,000), or one flat step.
- Verified bidders only, if you choose, and account types that may or may not buy.
- Sellers cannot bid on their own lots, and can cancel only before the first bid.

An order for the winner, and a second chance for the seller.
When a lot sells, the winner gets an order for the winning bid, plus the seller's shipping price if one is set, and an email with a link to pay at your checkout. If the reserve is not met or nobody bids, the seller can relist the machine or switch it to a fixed price; the same applies when a winner has not paid within 14 days.
- Not included: a buyer's premium, bidder deposits, loading or transport.

Timed equipment auctions, not a ring auction.
Yclas runs timed online auctions, one machine per listing. It is not a platform for a live ring or simulcast sale.
| Feature | Live and simulcast auction platforms | Yclas timed auctions |
|---|---|---|
| Bidding | Live, with an auctioneer | Timed, with proxy bids |
| Sale catalogue with lot numbers and one sale date | Yes | No; each machine has its own end time |
| Reserve and buy now | Often | Yes, both optional |
| Specs, inspection PDFs, spec sheet | Varies | Yes, with the Equipment pack |
| Buyer's premium and bidder deposits | Usually | Not included |
| Fixed-price and hire listings on the same site | Rarely | Yes |
Auctions are on for new sites. On older sites they stay off until the owner switches them on under Listing types in Settings › General.

What is equipment auction software?
Software that sells machinery by online bidding: each machine takes bids until its end time, with a reserve, bid steps and rules for late bids, then the winner pays. Yclas runs timed auctions on listings that also carry the Equipment pack's specs and documents.
Does the equipment auction software support live or simulcast bidding?
No. Auctions are timed and online. There is no auctioneer, ring or phone bidding.
Can I add a buyer's premium?
Not as a separate charge. Build your fees into the lot fee charged to sellers instead.
Can bidders see inspection reports?
Yes. Sellers attach up to five PDFs, such as inspection reports and service history, and lots with a report show a badge.
What happens if the reserve is not met?
The lot does not sell automatically. The seller can relist it as a new auction or sell it at a fixed price.
Can only approved buyers bid?
Yes. Choose verified users only in Settings › Auctions; account types can also limit who may buy.
Which plan do I need?
Professional ($99 a month) or Marketplace ($149), on the Nova theme. The Equipment pack is on every plan.
