Yes. The Osclass core is free and open source under the Apache 2.0 licence. You pay for hosting, and for any premium themes, plugins or services you add. OsclassPoint's bundles cost €199.99 to €499.99, include 12 months of updates and support, and then renew at 35% of the price a year.
