Automotive classifieds software for a whole region's cars.
Yclas is automotive classifieds software for people who run a car portal, not a single dealership: many dealers and private sellers on one site, under your brand. Dealers bring their stock by file or feed, private sellers post from a phone, and buyers search one market by make, model, year, mileage and distance.

Automotive classifieds software for the people in the middle.
A dealer website shows one dealer's stock. A car portal earns its traffic by showing everyone's, and earns its money from the dealers who want to be found there. Yclas is built for the second job.
One car portal, seen by a buyer and a dealer.

Sellers choose a private or business account when they sign up. Business accounts you approve get a showroom page, a Dealer badge on every car and "See all N vehicles" under each listing. You decide what each kind pays: posting can stay free for private sellers while dealers pay a membership or a higher price per listing.
- A second category price for business accounts, so a dealer pays more than a private seller to post in the same category.
- Dealer memberships with a monthly price and a listing allowance.
- Account types with their own rights, for example traders who may post but not buy.

Dealers do not retype their stock.
A portal with ten dealers has hundreds of cars that change every day. A dealer uploads a CSV from their dealer management system, or gives a CSV or XML link that Yclas fetches on a schedule. Vehicle columns are matched for them, they see a preview, and cars that leave the feed come down.
- Up to 1,000 cars per upload or feed run, photos included.
- Your rules still apply: the plan's listing limit and your moderation mode.
- Views, contacts and saves per car in the dealer's account, so they can see what the portal sends them.

Give buyers reasons to search your portal first.
A buyer looking for a 2019 to 2022 Corolla under 60,000 miles wants three things: every match in one place, a sense of whether the price is fair, and a message when something new turns up. Yclas does all three from your own listings.
- Good, Fair or High price with the reason, from at least five similar cars on your site.
- Saved searches with instant or daily emails, and price-drop emails for saved cars.
- Test drive requests for a 30-minute slot, accepted or declined by the seller.
- VIN decoding on the post form, and a link to the history report provider you choose.

A page for every make, model and town you have stock in.
Portals win searches like "used Ford Ranger Denver". Yclas builds /vehicles/ford, /vehicles/ford/ranger and /vehicles/ford/ranger/denver from live listings, adds them to your sitemap, and keeps pages with fewer than three cars out of Google until they fill up.
- Refreshed every hour from the cars on the site.
- Any language: slugs keep the make's own spelling, Arabic included.

What is automotive classifieds software?
Software that runs a website where many sellers list vehicles and buyers search them all in one place. It handles the vehicle fields, search, seller accounts, dealer stock, messages, paid extras and SEO. A dealer website, by contrast, shows one business's stock.
Can dealers and private sellers be on the same automotive classifieds site?
Yes. Sellers pick a private or business account. You approve business accounts, give them a showroom page and a Dealer badge, and can charge them a different price per listing or a membership.
How do dealers keep their stock up to date?
With a CSV upload or a CSV or XML link that Yclas fetches on a schedule, up to 1,000 cars per run. Cars that are no longer in the feed are taken down.
Do I need a make and model database?
No. A catalogue of 104 makes with their models is built in, free, with no API key. You can also keep your own fields.
Is the history of each car checked?
No. Yclas decodes the VIN to fill make, model and year and shows "VIN checked" when they match. For history, add a link to the report provider you work with.
What does it cost?
Starter is $19 a month, Professional $99 and Marketplace $149. Dealer accounts and memberships start on Professional. Yclas takes no commission.
Can it cover several countries?
Yes. Add countries as locations, use more than one language, and show prices in your currency with kilometres or miles.
Can I move an existing car site?
Yes. Import listings and users from a CSV file or another classifieds script; make, model, year and mileage fields are recognised by name in about ten languages.
