Switching

Moving from RealHomes

Bring your properties across with a feed or a CSV file.

Export your properties as a Kyero or XML feed, or as a CSV file.
Start a free trial, switch on the property pack in Settings, and open Move your site to Yclas.
Choose the feed or CSV, check the dry run (a preview with any errors, nothing is saved yet), then import.

Properties come across with their categories, prices, property details and photos from their web addresses. Agents and owners create their accounts, or come across from a CSV of users; passwords are not copied. You can undo the latest import within 7 days.

When to stay with RealHomes

You need MLS listings through an IDX plugin: Yclas imports Kyero and XML feeds, not MLS.
You are one agency that wants its own website inside WordPress, rather than a portal for many agents.
You look after WordPress yourself and want a one-time theme price.

Does Yclas import MLS listings?

No. Yclas imports Kyero and XML property feeds and CSV files; MLS and IDX are not supported. If MLS is essential, a WordPress theme with an IDX plugin is the better fit.

Can I move my RealHomes properties to Yclas?

Yes, as a Kyero or XML feed or a CSV file, after a dry run you can check. You can undo the latest import within 7 days.

Can agents and owners pay to list?

Yes. Listing plans and memberships, featured listings and bump to top are paid into your own Stripe, PayPal or other account, and agencies get their own pages.

Do I need WordPress for Yclas?

No. Yclas is hosted: no WordPress, theme or plugins to install, with hosting, updates and backups included.
