The Property pack knows when a listing is a rental, from a sale-or-rent field or the category name, and shows it as one: rent per month, price per square metre or foot per month, and monthly costs as rent plus fees. Furnished, pets allowed, parking and available from sit in the key facts, and renters filter on each.
- Your own words: fields called "amueblado", "möbliert" or "furnished" are all recognised.
- Add what your market needs: deposit amount, minimum term, bills included, council tax band.
- Price reduced shows the old rent for 14 days and emails renters who saved the place.
Fill the viewing diary from the listing.
Renters pick a 30-minute slot in person or by video, up to 60 days ahead, or propose a time. The landlord or agent accepts or declines in their account, both sides get an email, and a reminder goes out the day before. Renters sign in and leave a phone number, which keeps out the time-wasters.
- Open days: up to 10 dates per listing, shown as a badge.
- Free for both sides: no payment is taken for a viewing.
Holiday lets and furnished flats by the night.
With bookings on (Professional and up), a furnished flat can be booked by the night or week: renters pick dates on a calendar and the host accepts. Weekend prices, seasons and weekly or monthly discounts are set per listing. On Marketplace the card is charged when the host accepts, with a security deposit and a cancellation policy.
- Calendar link that adds accepted bookings to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.
- Not synced: calendars from other booking sites are not read in, so hosts block those dates by hand.

Approved agencies get a page with their logo, licence number, team and every let, and an Agency badge on each. Their listings come in from a Kyero or XML feed or a CSV file; re-importing updates each property and takes down the ones already let.

What does a rental listings website builder need?
Rent per month and the filters renters use (bedrooms, furnished, pets, move-in date), a map, viewing requests, and a way for agents to bring many listings at once. Yclas has these in the Property pack.
Can the rental listings website builder handle rooms in shared houses?
Yes. Make Rooms a category under To rent, with fields such as bills included and house rules, and the Lettings or Roomies look.
Can I take rent or deposits online?
Not for long-term lets: Yclas does not collect rent or hold tenancy deposits. For short stays, paid bookings with a security deposit need Marketplace.
Do you screen tenants?
No. There is no screening or credit check. Renters sign in and leave a phone number to book a viewing; checks beyond that are up to the landlord.
Can I charge landlords but keep it free for renters?
Yes. Charge per listing in the rental categories or sell memberships, and renters search for free.
