With paid bookings the renter pays by card through your Stripe account when they ask, and nothing is charged until the owner accepts. You can take a deposit online and let the rest be paid to the owner in person. Owners are paid two days after the rental ends, minus your commission.

With paid bookings, the card hold is released after the number of days you choose, up to six.
How do security deposits work?
The deposit goes back on its own a few days after the rental ends. If the owner claims for damage, the claim waits for your decision.
Can I take a commission on rentals?
Yes, on Marketplace. Your commission is kept before the owner is paid.
