B2B marketplace software for listing-style trade between businesses.
Yclas is B2B marketplace software for trade where businesses list stock and other businesses ask for a price: machinery, vehicles, parts, surplus and wholesale listings. Sellers get approved business accounts, listings can show "price on request" and buyers request a quote that the seller answers with a price they can pay. It is a partial fit for B2B, and this page says where it stops.

A B2B marketplace platform for listings and leads.
Many B2B marketplaces are really listing sites: suppliers show what they have, buyers ask, and the deal is finished by email, phone or invoice. That is the kind Yclas runs well.
Ironyard: a demo B2B marketplace for machinery.
Screens of Ironyard, our machinery demo. The dealers and machines are made up; a parts or wholesale site uses the same pages with its own fields.

Only approved businesses sell.
People choose a private or business account when they sign up, and business accounts wait for your approval before they can sell. Make your own account types, such as supplier, distributor or buyer, each with its own rights and approval, and charge business accounts a different price to post.
- Verified business badge for companies you have checked.
- Seller plans with a monthly fee and a number of listings.

Price on application, and a quote the buyer can pay.
B2B prices often depend on quantity, delivery and the buyer. A listing can show a fixed price, "or best offer", "price on request", or a price excluding or including VAT. Buyers request a quote with their details, quantity, budget and date; the seller answers in the conversation with a price, a delivery time and a note, and the buyer can accept and pay it.
- Quotes live in the conversation, next to the messages and files.
- Accepted quotes are paid like any order, through the site's gateways.

Shown on Driveline, our car demo: a B2B site uses the same conversation for quotes.
Online orders for the deals that suit them.
Some B2B items sell at a list price: consumables, parts, small lots. For those, Buy now takes the order with stock and shipping, and every order gets a PDF invoice. On the Marketplace plan, quantity discounts and minimum orders, a cart across suppliers and your commission are added.

What this B2B marketplace software does, and what it does not.
If your B2B marketplace depends on the rows marked "Not included", you need procurement software or a custom build. If it is mostly listings and leads, Yclas will run it for much less.

What is B2B marketplace software?
Software for a marketplace where businesses sell to businesses. Some B2B platforms are listing and lead sites; others run full procurement with tenders, contracts and credit terms.
Is Yclas good B2B marketplace software?
For listing-style B2B, yes: approved business sellers, technical fields, price on request, quote requests and stock imports. For procurement with tenders, net terms or purchase orders, it is not the right tool.
Can buyers ask several suppliers for a price at once?
Each quote request goes to one seller, in their conversation. In directory mode a request can reach up to five businesses nearby, which suits local services rather than supply tenders.
Can I show prices without VAT?
Yes. The Equipment pack adds price types including "Excl. VAT" and "Incl. VAT", and a currency per listing.
Can suppliers upload their whole catalogue?
Yes. A CSV upload, or a scheduled CSV or XML link, up to 1,000 items a run, with the columns matched and a preview first.
Can I connect it to our CRM or ERP?
Webhooks for Zapier and Make start on Professional, and the full API with permissioned keys is on Marketplace.
Do you take a commission on B2B sales?
No. Yclas charges the plan price only.
