A restaurant directory website for where to eat tonight.
Build a restaurant directory website with Yclas: every café, restaurant and bar with its opening hours, an Open now filter, a map, deals, and reviews scored on food, service and value. It works as a food directory builder for a city, a cuisine or a street-food scene.

People are hungry now, and nearby.
A restaurant search is local and immediate. The directory that answers "what is open, near me, and good" first gets the visit.
A food guide, screen by screen.
Real screenshots of our demo directories, Localist and Front Range Local. A restaurant guide uses the same pages with cuisines, neighbourhoods and its own look.

Open now, closed on Monday, late on Friday.
Each place sets its hours for every day, including a kitchen that closes at 1 am. Special hours cover up to 30 dates such as holidays and private events, and the badge on the page follows them. The Open now filter in search uses the weekly hours.
- Attributes diners filter on: outdoor seating, vegan options, wheelchair access, accepts cards.
- LocalBusiness structured data with the hours, for search engines.

Lunch offers and happy hours on one page.
Each place can run up to three deals at a time, with an end date and a code to show at the table. All of them are collected on a Deals page, and the place sees how many times each code was shown.
- Sponsored places above "Pizza" or "Brunch" results, sold by the week.
- Banners for food festivals and new openings, approved by you.

Scores for food, service, value and atmosphere.
Choose up to five criteria for restaurants and different ones for bars. Diners add photos, the owner replies in public, and once a place has five reviews an AI summary on paid plans says what people like and what they don't. Visitors can also ask "is there parking?" and get an answer drawn only from the page and its reviews.
- Review guard holds reviews that look like they came from the owner's own network.
- "Best of" awards each year per category.

The summary in this screenshot is sample text written for the demo.

How do I make a restaurant directory website?
Start a Yclas site in directory mode, import restaurants from Google Places or a CSV, set cuisines and neighbourhoods as categories, and invite owners to claim their pages.
Can visitors see which restaurants are open now?
Yes. Each page shows an Open now or Closed badge, and search can filter to places open now, using their weekly hours.
Can restaurants show their menu?
They can list dishes or set menus with prices in the services list and link to their full menu. There is no menu editor of its own.
Does it take table bookings or food orders?
No. Restaurants link to their own booking or ordering system from the page.
Is it a food directory builder for food trucks too?
Yes. A truck is a listing with its usual spots as branches, up to 20, each with its own address and pin on the map.
Can I charge restaurants?
Yes: sponsored places, featured listings and banners, paid into your own Stripe or PayPal account.
