Contractor directory software that sends jobs to the right pros.
Yclas is contractor directory software for a trades directory or a home services directory. Homeowners describe a job once and it goes to up to five contractors nearby. Pros show Licensed and Insured badges, reviews scored on price and quality, and how fast they reply, and you can charge them per lead.

Homeowners want one thing: a good pro who turns up.
A trades directory earns trust by showing who is qualified, who is reliable and who answers. Then it earns money by sending jobs.
From job request to paid lead.

Describe the job once, hear from several pros.
A homeowner picks the trade, types where and describes the job. The request goes to up to five contractors in that category, within 50 km by default, closest first. Or they request a quote from one pro straight from the page. Each lead waits on your Leads page with its status.
- Pay per lead: the pro pays to see the contact details, or uses credits from their plan.
- Abuse limits per email and address, and a bot check.

Show which contractors you have checked.
Pros upload their licence or insurance certificate from their account. Your team checks it and approves or rejects it; approved pros show a Licensed or Insured badge for a year, then upload a new document. The document is deleted once you decide.
- Your check, your rules: the badge says your team saw the document.
- Verified business badge as well, after a business document check.

Yclas does not look licences up in official registers.
Reviews on what homeowners care about.
Set up to five criteria per trade, such as quality of work, price, punctuality and tidiness. Customers add photos of the finished job and the pro replies in public. Reviews that look like they came from the pro's own network wait for you to check; a low rating is never a reason to hold one.
- Review invitations by email, or a printable QR poster.
- Consumer alerts on a page caught faking reviews.

Every trade, every town, its own page.
Categories by trade and locations by town give you pages such as "Electricians in Boulder", each with its own title for search. Pros list their services with prices, opening hours with emergency hours as special hours, and up to 20 branches for firms with several depots.
- Attributes such as "Emergency call-outs", "Free estimates", "Family-owned".
- LocalBusiness structured data on each page.

What is contractor directory software?
Software for a site listing tradespeople and home service pros, where homeowners find them, read reviews and request quotes. Yclas adds lead matching, document badges and paid leads.
How does lead matching work in the contractor directory software?
The homeowner chooses a trade, an area and describes the job. The request goes to up to five pros in that trade, nearest first, within 50 km by default.
Can I charge contractors for leads?
Yes. A lead can be free, use a credit from the pro's plan, or be paid per lead before the contact details are shown.
Do you verify contractor licences?
Your team does. Pros upload the document, you approve or reject it, and approved pros show a Licensed or Insured badge for a year. Yclas does not check official registers.
Can it be a home services directory for cleaners and gardeners too?
Yes. Trades are categories you create, each with its own fields and review criteria.
Can homeowners pay contractors on the site?
Quotes in messages can be paid online with Request a quote, on every plan. Escrow, holding payment until the job is done, is on the Marketplace plan.
