Doctor directory software for clinics and practitioners.
Yclas is doctor directory software for a healthcare provider directory: practices, clinics, therapists and dentists, each with a page showing hours, locations, languages and services. Patients search by specialty and area and send a visit request. Here is exactly what it does, and what it does not.

Helping people find a provider, then handing over.
A healthcare provider directory answers who is near, who speaks my language, who is open and how to get in touch. Clinical care, records and insurance stay with the practice.
The pages a provider directory uses.
Real screenshots of our demo directories. None is a health directory: the pages are the same, with specialties and practices in place of the demo categories.

The facts patients look for, on every page.
Address, phone, website, hours and a map come with directory mode. Add the fields your directory needs, such as specialty, languages spoken, accepting new patients, wheelchair access, telehealth available, and make them filters. Practices with several clinics add up to 20 locations, each with its own address, phone and pin on the map.
- Claims: a practice claims its page with an email at its own domain and keeps it current.
- LocalBusiness structured data with address, hours and coordinates.

Patients ask for a time; the practice confirms.
With bookings on Professional, a provider listing can be priced per session: the patient picks a day and a start time inside the practice's hours and sends a request, which the practice accepts or declines. The practice can export its bookings to another calendar with an iCal link.
- Requests only: nothing is confirmed until the practice says yes.
- Messages for questions before a visit.

Bookings do not connect to practice management or EHR systems, and do not read their calendars.
Show what your team has checked.
A practice uploads a licence or registration document; your team checks it and grants a Licensed badge for a year, or a Verified business badge. Reviews are optional: many health directories leave them off, or rate only the practical side, such as waiting time, ease of booking and accessibility.
- Review guard holds reviews that look self-written, for you to check.
- Reports from visitors go to one moderation queue.

The badge means your team saw the document. Yclas does not check official medical registers.
Where the healthcare provider directory stops.
Health directories carry more responsibility than most. This is what Yclas does and does not do, so you can decide before you start.
| Need | Typical health directory | Yclas |
|---|---|---|
| Provider pages with hours and locations | Expected | Included |
| Search by specialty, area and language | Expected | Included, with your own fields |
| Visit requests | Often | Session requests with bookings, Professional |
| Live sync with practice calendars | Sometimes | Not included |
| Insurance network data | Sometimes | Not included; a text field at most |
| Medical records or telehealth calls | Rarely in a directory | Not included |
| Checks against official registers | Sometimes | Not included; your team checks documents |
Do not collect health information in listings or messages beyond what a visit request needs, and check the rules on health advertising and data where you operate.

Can patients book appointments in the healthcare provider directory?
They can send a session request for a day and time on Professional, which the practice accepts or declines. It does not connect to practice management or EHR calendars.
Can it show which insurance a provider takes?
Only as a field the practice fills in. There is no insurance network data or eligibility check.
Does it store medical records?
No. It is a directory. Keep clinical information out of listings and messages.
Can providers have several clinics?
Yes, up to 20 locations each, with their own address, phone and Directions link, on the Nova theme.
Can I turn reviews off?

Can the directory be in several languages?
Yes, on Professional: visitors switch the site between the languages you choose, including right-to-left ones.
