HOA classifieds for the residents of one community.
Yclas runs HOA classifieds for homeowners' associations, condo boards, apartment buildings and gated communities: a residents-only board for things for sale, free items, services between neighbours, lost and found, and community events. Your board decides who joins and what may be posted.

A community association marketplace for any size.
Residents already trade in a group chat that nobody can search. A board of your own keeps it tidy and inside the community.

The board decides who gets in.
Switch on Private site and visitors who are not signed in see only a welcome page you write and a form to request access, which emails the board. Add residents yourself, or import the residents' list from a CSV file of names and emails.
- Approve new listings before they go live, if you like.
- Block a user who no longer lives in the community.
- Hidden from search engines.

Sales, free things, services and notices.
Set the categories your community needs: for sale, free, wanted, services between neighbours such as babysitting or lawn care, parking and storage to rent, lost and found. Events like the pool opening or a yard sale day carry a date and a venue and show on a calendar page.
- Weekly digest of new listings and events.
- Pages for the board's rules and contacts.
- Large Print look for communities that need bigger text.

Write the rules once as a page and in the posting terms. Banned words and AI checks with your own rules, such as "No commercial businesses from outside the community", hold listings for the board. Residents report anything that slips through.
- Moderator roles for board members, on Professional.
- Nothing deleted by AI: a person decides.

Paying for the board, if it needs to.
Most associations treat the board as a free service for residents. If it should cover its own cost, local businesses usually pay.

What are HOA classifieds?
A private board where the residents of a homeowners' association buy, sell, give away and offer services to each other, under the association's rules.
Can HOA classifieds be residents-only?
Yes. With Private site on, only signed-in residents see listings. Others see a welcome page and can request access.
Is this HOA management software?
No. Yclas does not collect dues, track violations or handle architectural requests. It is the marketplace and notice board part only.
How do residents join?
The board adds them, imports a CSV file of names and emails, or approves requests sent through the access form.
Can several board members moderate?
Yes, on Professional, with moderator and editor roles.
Can we share notices and events?
Yes. Add a notices category, events with dates on a calendar page, and the weekly digest emails them to residents.
Does the community association marketplace take payments?
Not needed for most boards: neighbours pay each other in person. Online payment is on the Marketplace plan.
Can one property manager run boards for several communities?
Yes, as one site per community, each with its own residents and rules, or one site with each community as a location if residents may trade across them.
