For people who put animals first.

A pet site lives on its reputation. Buyers and adopters return to the one where listings are honest and bad sellers are kept out.

Who may post animals Every plan · account types on Professional

Approved breeders and rescues only, if you choose.

On Professional, create your own account types, such as Owner, Breeder and Rescue, each with its own sign-up fields and rights, and approve each Breeder and Rescue account before it can post. On every plan, sellers can send an ID or business document to be verified, and you can require approval of every new listing.

  • Daily posting limit per user, so one seller cannot flood the site.
  • Paid posting in animal categories, if a fee helps keep volume sellers away.
  • Blacklist of users, emails and IPs.

Your rules, checked on every listing Every plan · AI checks by plan

Write the rules once. AI checks every listing.

Write your rules the way you would say them: "No puppies or kittens under eight weeks", "Every dog listing gives the microchip number", "No more than two litters a year per seller", "No exotic or protected species". The AI checks each new listing against them, holds the risky ones in your queue with the reason, and a person decides.

  • Strictness: lenient, standard or strict.
  • Banned words for terms you never want to see.
  • Nothing is deleted by AI.

Your rules in plain words

Yclas does not know or enforce the animal-sale laws where you are. You set the rules, and you remain responsible for what your site allows.

Honest listings Every plan

Fields that make good listings the norm.

Ask for what a responsible buyer wants to know: species, breed, age, sex, vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, health checks, and for breeders the mother's age. Make the important ones required. Public questions let adopters ask about temperament, and the answer stays for the next family.

  • Categories: rehoming, adoption, breeders, lost and found, supplies, pet services.
  • Free tag for rehoming without a fee, or an adoption fee field.

More than sales Every plan

Lost and found, sitters and supplies.

A pet site people trust becomes the place for the rest of pet life: lost and found with a map and alerts, sitters and walkers with reviews, and second-hand crates and cages.

Questions

Pet classifieds website FAQ

Part of:

What is a pet classifieds website?

A site where people list pets for rehoming, adoption or sale, plus supplies and services, and others search, ask questions and contact them. A good one has clear rules about who may post animals and how.

How do I keep puppy farms off my pet classifieds website?

Combine tools: approve breeder accounts and every new listing, require fields such as microchip numbers, set a daily posting limit, add AI checks with your own rules, and act on reports. No tool catches everything, so review the queue every day.

Does Yclas enforce animal-sale laws?

No. Yclas does not know the law where you operate and does not enforce it. You write the rules, and you are responsible for what your site allows.

Can I allow only rescues and approved breeders?

Yes. On Professional, create account types such as Rescue and Breeder that need your approval before they can post.

Is it pet marketplace software with payments?

Payments on the site are possible on the Marketplace plan, but most pet sites keep animals off checkout and payment happens at handover.

Can it host lost and found?

Yes. Add a Lost and found category with the map and saved-search alerts. The Beacon look is made for it.

Can I run a puppy listing website for one breed club?

Yes. Limit it to members, approve each breeder and write the club's code into your rules.
